Miracle upon Miracle For Years and Years and Miles upon Miles.

How do we know that God's plan works? Well, the evidence is in the church itself. It's easy to get despondent if we hear of a failing church, but we also have to remember that every Christian and every person who has ever said that they follow Jesus' teaching have been influenced by God's Holy Spirit.Extraordinary? Yes, because there were only a handful of disciples to begin with and it all started with the sacrifice of just one man. A miracle, yes because there are 24,901.55 miles (40,075.16…See More

Hi Carol

thank you for your welcome. I'm looking forward to meshing more with the community over time. I find keeping up with online forums difficult, not sure why, maybe because I didn't grow up with this king of communicating. Hopefully I'll get better at it :-) I like the access to the church worship and prayer though.

Hi Carol

I live in rural Perthshire. When I was living in Inverness I had a boss who had been to boarding school in Hereford. I have a friend in Morayshire who lived near Hereford. Someone in the Quaker meeting in Perth which I sometimes go to had parents who lived near Hereford. A friend of my mother's daughter lives near there with her family.

I was bought up in the Scottish Episcopal church. After a short spell in charismatic churches and 20 years in the Quakers I am now in the Salvation Army.

Weekday evenings I work from home in Telemarketing cold calling people about there frozen pensions.

Its nearly 8 p.m. on Sunday evening. I am getting sleepy already.

Regards

Pauline
